Boston Virtual Servers
We understand owning a VPS you can get really mixed opinions on what is good and what is poor performance. Our standard nodes allow a minimum of 2x Quad Core processors, 128G of ram, and over 3TB of Raid 10 whether this is SAN controlled or Local Disk. We determine the node is at max capacity when either hd or ram reaches 65% or loads are over 1.0. All our servers are DELL based hardware that carry warranties for. Our HD’s are typically Dell, or WD (SAS) and our SSD drives are Samsung. We do utilize storage arrays on some nodes and currently utilize Dell Equallogic.

At BostonVPS we always utilize Dell hardware and storage systems. All our services carry a Dell warranty to allow for a quick turn around for any system failure. We also carry over 5 spare servers onsite at our datacenters.
